mobile and stationary exhaust units
 
The mobile exhauster is excellently suited for the suction of dust and peels and can be used in the agricultural sector and the paper and timber industry. The electrical motor directly drives the blade wheel. The air that is sucked-in is filtered and transported out via the needle felt upper bag, while the waste is collected in the lower bag.
   

The mobile exhauster unit with 1 upper and lower bag can be supplied in 0.75 kW and 1.5 kW (2800 revolutions per minute). The 0.75 kW unit is generally supplied with a plastic collection bag and a needle felt ventilating bag; the 1.5 kW unit is generally supplied with a polyester lower bag and a needle felt ventilating bag. The exhausters are both suited for internal installation. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced.
 

 
The exhauster unit with 2 lower and upper bags has a capacity of 2.2 kW at 1400 revolutions per minute. The unit is supplied as a stationary version and is equipped with 2 plastic collection bags and 2 needle felt ventilation bags.
   
A stationary exhauster unit with 2 airing bags, provided with a collection box, has a capacity of 3 kW at 1400 revolutions per minute.

The collection box can be supplied as an option in a mobile version (with castor wheels).

The exhauster is placed on a separate frame next to the filter unit.
 

In the box cover, there are openings through which the waste falls into the collection box. The air is filtered by the needle felt airing bags and thus finds its way back into the room.
